We are seeking an International Accountant to join our prestigius team in Doral, Florida. This role entails managing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), performing bank reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, and making journal entries. You will also be involved in the month-end close process and will be expected to be proficient in various accounting software such as SAP, Blackline, and other software's. You will be the on site liason to our offices in other countries. Responsibilities:• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed.• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy.• Maintain and update the general ledger on a regular basis.• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring all transactions are recorded in a timely manner.• Participate in the month-end close process, preparing necessary reports and statements.• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to streamline accounting processes.• Maintain financial confidentiality and perform duties with integrity and professionalism.• Collaborate with other team members to improve and streamline accounting processes.• Resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues in a timely and effective manner.• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
